Apparently my 7 year old nephew has been taught yoga and meditation in school.
I saw him get into meditation posture one day after getting upset. A later asked him what he was doing. He said that he was thinking of a happy time - laying on the grass under a tree. Visualization as a tool at 7 is powerful!
